I offer short or longer term counselling for individuals and couples, working on issues such as anxiety and depression, affairs, communication problems, difficulties with intimacy and problems with anger or self-esteem. I am also a certified family counsellor and have a particular interest in working with couples and families who have children with disabilities and with those affected by autism spectrum disorders.

Both daytime and evening appointments are available.

Background and experience

I have been a Relate Counsellor since 1996 and an independent counsellor for the past eight years. I still practise under the Relate umbrella as a Licensed Counsellor. I have worked with many people from all walks of life and worked in GP practices as a surgery counsellor as well as with students in Higher Education.
